Okay, nobody get too excited. It doesn't actually cure PMS. BUT it seems to help.
I find that if I sit and mindlessly watch old episodes of Grey's Anatomy (thanks for the link, Erica!), letting myself cry over ridiculous situations that have nothing to do with my life (and the deaths of people who are actually only extras and not real people at all), I feel better.
It's healthier than drinking and cheaper too.
(Can anyone else tell me if they're experiencing worse PMS now that they're in their 30s? It's practically crippling me here...)

Well my PMS is HELL, but of course you know the situation with my hormones so that's why it is for me. And if it gets worse after I hit 30 then I'm just gonna go ahead and reserve a spot at the local mental hospital for me and Terry both cause it'll surely drive us both totally nuts, LOL. I've heard some people recommend some herbal stuff to help, but I'm on so many freaking vitamins that I don't think I should add that to the mix. If you want to try it though, let me know and I'll find the name of it for you.
Oh, and when you get time, how about passing that link to Grey's Anatomy on to me. That's one of my favorites!
Sorry the PMS is getting to ya. I not in my 30's but I do know for me it has been way worse since the last kiddo was born. Although I have always leaned to the more hormonal side so it could just be that too. Glad the Grey's therapy is working :) God I love that show! Another good tear jearker to watch just because you need a good cry is Beachs. I cry the whole second half of that movie and I have seen it like 100 times now. But definately good for getting that real good cry out.
